Terms and conditions of Sale

We are a tattooer owned company, who sells our tattoo supplies only to professional tattooers. To ensure that all tattoo supply sales are made to professional tattoo artists and no sales are made to the general public, we must qualify all customers ordering online. We realise that this may be an inconvenience, but we want to be 100% loyal to the artists who take what they do seriously. Upon ordering from The Deadly North, a representative will verify that you’re a professional working out of a studio, this may include contacting the studio. We will not send to residential addresses on first purchases. This is strictly in order to ensure that all sales are being made to professional, law abiding, established tattoo artists. Once the shop has been qualified, everyone from the shop may order. Again we apologize for any inconvenience, but we feel it is a small price to pay to maintain the integrity and safety of our art. This policy only applies to tattoo supplies. General products are available for purchase by the public.

Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.
